ExTe can offer a number of different variants of 20’ load frames with timber bunks that fit standard ISO container fastenings.
One variant is intermodal (road/rail) and can be stacked and lifted with a load. The bunk is based on the ExTe Universal. An intermodal cassette with four bunks weighs approximately 2.2 tonnes and can load 18 tonnes.
Another variant is not intermodal, i.e. it is not adapted for road traffic and also cannot be lifted with a load. The bunk is based on the ExTe SR8, and a cassette with four bunks weighs approximately 1.7 tonnes and can load up to 32 tonnes.
A third variant of the 20’ cassettes is based on the ExTe SR12 bunk. This type is not intermodal either, due to the width of the bunk. A cassette with 2 bunks weighs approximately 1.5 tonnes and can load approximately 24 tonnes.
