Ingeniously simple and efficient, System 310 is designed for hauliers operating flatbed trucks and trailers.
It is primarily developed for the transport of dimensionally stable goods – whether sawn timber or general cargo.
The concept is based on positioning multiple sleeves along the length of the vehicle to accommodate different load lengths. Stakes are placed where needed and are most easily secured using the QuickLock locking system.
QuickLock is an ingeniously simple quick-locking system for stakes, offering unique flexibility.
• Stakes can be quickly and easily removed or repositioned – depending on the type of transport.
• With the quick-lock solution, the stake is simply inserted into the sleeve and secured with a locking key.
• No loose inserts and no vibrations during driving.
• The sleeve is available in two versions: Low (138 mm) and High (188 mm).
The stakes in System 310 are manufactured from aluminium and, despite their low weight, are extremely strong to withstand heavy loads and stresses.
• The telescopic stakes feature continuously adjustable load height and a reversible top profile.
• The Euro 45° and Euro 90° stakes are both full-profile designs. The difference is that Euro 45° has an angled top, while Euro 90° has a straight-cut top.
